2001-2002

A Community Challenged by Change

Granville is a quintessential small town that is struggling with the pressures of being close to a big city.  It has all the charm of a New England town.  At the moment it’s surrounded by country, but the country is being consumed by suburbia.  And I think Granville is going through a change in identity, because now the bedroom population is really growing . . . and a lot of those people commute.  (David Hawkins)
